Forest Guard - Western Slovakia Forest Guard - Eastern Slovakia The subject of the contract is the provision of forest guard services by authorized persons according to Act no. 326/2005 Coll. on forests as amended on forest land and related land in the report public contracting authority. The services will be provided on the territory of the organizational components of the public contracting authority on the territory of the Slovak Republic. The order is divided into 2 (two) separate parts according to the territorial scope of individual areas designated as public the contracting authority. The purpose of the provided services is to ensure the protection of forest property, control of compliance with legal regulations in forestry, prevention and detection of illegal activity and ensuring the protection of the legitimate interests of the public the contracting authority. The provider will ensure the performance of forest guard activities through persons appointed as forest guards in accordance with applicable legal regulations. The subject of the contract is the provision of forest guard services by authorized persons according to law no. 326/2005 Coll. on forests in the valid wording on forest land and related land in the administration of the public contracting authority. The services will be provided within the territorial scope of the Malacky spin-off plant, Záhorie military district. The purpose of the services provided is ensuring the protection of forest property, control of compliance with legislation in forestry, prevention and detection of illegal activity and ensuring the protection of the legitimate interests of the public contracting authority.
