The subject of the order is the provision of a service called “Ensuring proper functioning pump stations - Adaptation of measurement systems to the requirements of Energa Operator at pump stations in the area of operation of ZZ in Elbląg. The purpose of the task is to adapt the electricity measurement and billing systems installed at 10 pump stations located in the area of ​​operation of ZZ Elbląg to the requirements of Energa Operator contained in the Instruction for Operation and Operation of the Distribution Network (IRiESD) p. II.4.7.1 and p. II.4.7.3. available on the website of OSD Energa Operator S.A. The reconstruction of measurement systems involves: on replacing semi-indirect systems with energy measurement on the LV side with indirect systems with energy measurement on the MV side, equipped with current and voltage transformers in all three phases. Scope of work: 1) Preparation and approval of documentation regarding the measurement system with the distribution system operator Energa Operator in accordance with the requirements of IRiESD. 2)Reconstruction of the measurement system based on the documentation agreed by the contractor with the distribution system operator.
