The subject of the public procurement is "Provision of physical security of buildings of the TD of the National Narcotics Agency Sofia, of the Blagoevgrad office and of the IRM Botevgrad", in three separate positions, as follows: - Specific position No. 1: "Providing physical unarmed security of buildings of the TD of the NRA Sofia"; - Separate position No. 2: "Providing physical unarmed security of the administrative building of the Blagoevgrad office at the TD of the National Narcotics Agency Sofia"; - Specific position No. 3: "Providing physical unarmed security of the administrative building in The city of Botevgrad, IRM of the office of Sofia region at the TD of the NRA Sofia". Duration of contracts: - According to separate item No. 1 - the contract will enter into force from the date of its conclusion, and its implementation will begin after confirmation by the contracting authority that the financing and presentation by the contractor of the specified performance guarantee, according to Art. 114, para. 2 of the ZOP, but not earlier than 01.07.2026, respectively not earlier than the date following the completion of the execution of a currently valid contract with the same subject matter, in the case of its early termination, in which case the contract coordinator on the part of the Contracting Authority sends a notification. The term of the contract is until 30.06.2028 incl. or until reaching its maximum permissible value, within this term. A contract will be concluded with the selected Contractor under the terms of Art. 114 of the Law on Public Procurement.
