The contracting authority assumes that the selected supplier will provide technical and economic advice and will always carry out its activities in an effort to find the most effective solution in terms of construction, among other things by actively coordinating construction implementation, he will be able to search for risks associated with construction and effectively prevent them, he will assess and solve construction changes in a responsible manner, he will be the client in an appropriate manner and to the appropriate extent, provide information on the course of preparation and implementation of the construction and for the performance of the public order will use persons with appropriate education, experience and managerial skills.
