Ensuring the performance of the Customer's technical team in the framework of the construction of the "Peklo Workers' House - renovation of the social hall" The subject of the performance of this public order is to ensure the activities of the client's technical team, i.e. to ensure expert support by the contracting authority and subsequently the contractor of the building named "Workers' house Peklo - rehabilitation of the social hall". The contracting authority assumes that the selected contractor will provide technical and economic advice and will always carry out its activities in an effort to find the most efficient solution from the point of view of construction, among other things, by actively coordinating the implementation of the construction, he will be able to search for risks associated with the construction and effectively prevent them, he will assess and resolve changes to the construction in a responsible manner, he will be the client in an appropriate manner and in to the appropriate extent, to provide information on the progress of construction preparation and implementation, and for the performance of the public contract, persons with appropriate education, experience and managerial skills will be used.
