Ensuring the operation of ZOS ZZS KVK - infrastructure operation services The subject of the performance of the public order within the framework of this procurement procedure is service services (hereinafter also referred to as "services") to ensure 24-hour (i.e. continuous) operation of information technologies of the operations center (hereinafter also referred to as "ISOR") of the Medical Rescue Service of the Karlovy Vary Region (hereinafter referred to as "ZZS KVK" or "ZZS"). Furthermore, the services will provide technical support within the guaranteed times, while the provision of repairs or replacement itself of hardware components in the event of their failure, crash or loss of functionality is not the subject of performance. Before the start of the provision of service services in full, a so-called initialization will take place, during which the participant will be familiarized with the status of the individual devices on the spot and subsequently takes them under its management. A more detailed specification of the performance of the public contract is given in Annex No. 1 (Common requirements, Current status, Technical specification) and in Annex No. 2 (Binding model of the contract for the provision of service services).
