Tender Details

The subject of this public contract is to ensure the development and integration of the system through service services continuously provided to individual HMP organizations within the framework of the consolidated software of the unified e-file file service system and all their modules in the HMP data center. The result of the procurement procedure will be the conclusion of a framework agreement with one supplier. Currently, the file service software is stably implemented and operated within the Municipalities of Prague 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 and further within the framework of MMČ 23-57, MHMP (PKO module), then also for the Organization of the HMP Botanical Garden, the HMP Museum, the administration of services of the capital. city ​​of Prague, Schools, ROPID. The list of organizations may be in the course of fulfilling the contract according to this public order expanded. It mainly includes the following components: -e-Spis - comprehensive solution (file service full version), used by city districts. -e-Spis LITE - optimized hosted electronic file service suitable for established organizations (schools, kindergartens, established organizations) -DESA - trusted electronic file and archive, used by city districts -ASDP - Agenda for the administration of traffic offences, currently used by a total of 20 municipalities -PKO - Prague municipal waste, used by MHMP Subject of fulfillment of this public of the contract is not the provision of licenses that are granted to the contracting authority and the affected entities on the basis of other contracts.
