Ensuring the management of municipal waste in the village of Bělá pod Pradědem The subject of the procurement procedure entitled "Ensuring the management of municipal waste in the municipality of Bělá pod Pradědem" is the provision of the services listed below by the selected supplier. The subject of public procurement are services associated with ensuring collection, removal and disposal: - mixed municipal waste (SKO), - biodegradable municipal waste (BRKO), - separated waste (plastic, paper and cardboard, glass) for the municipality of Bělá pod Pradědem, in accordance with the valid ones legislation of the Czech Republic, in particular in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., the Waste Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Waste Act") from the designated place and collection from citizens at the designated place, subsequent removal and transfer of authorized person to a waste management facility.
