The subject of the public procurement is to ensure the preparation, organization, administration and realization of two years of the Celebration of the South event in 2027 and 2028. The festivities are intended for the general public, the target group is families with children. The maximum number of event participants is set at 8, 000 persons per day. The festivities include concerts, musical productions and performances in the open air alternately on two stages, children's attractions, competitions, workshops with the participation of the public and other accompanying events with the involvement of the city district and local associations. Refreshments for participants are provided at the venue in the form of sales stands.
