1. The subject of the order is the construction of photovoltaic installations as part of the project entitled "Ensuring energy security of PWiK Żory Sp. z o. o. through construction of a network of installations of distributed renewable energy sources” The order has character mixed and includes the supply of equipment and materials necessary to perform the subject of the contract, services and construction works. The scope of the order includes: Task I: Construction of a 25 kWp photovoltaic installation located on the roof of the building hydrophore plant (currently the company archive) on the W. Pawlikowski estate in Żory in accordance with the technical and executive design developed by MPPV Projekt Piotr Mędzelowski based in Zbylitowska Góra at ul. Zbylitowskich 146. Task I includes construction photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 25 kWp with an energy storage capacity of at least 41 kWh and the necessary structures and infrastructure in accordance with the above-mentioned project. Task II: Construction of a photovoltaic installation with a total capacity of 90 kWp located on the roof the water treatment plant building and on the slope next to the raw water tanks and treated at ul. Skośna 9 in Żory in accordance with the technical and executive design developed by MPPV Projekt Piotr Mędzelowski based in Zbylitowska Góra at ul. Zbylitowskie 146.
