Part 1: Hazardous wastes Part 2: Other wastes The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of waste disposal services produced by Oblastní nemocnica Kolín, a.s., a hospital of the Central Bohemian Region, for a period of 24 months with the option of the contracting authority to extend the period fulfillment for another 24 months. The public contract is divided into 2 parts: •Part 1: Hazardous wastes •Part 2: Other waste The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the performance of the subject of the Public Contract between two suppliers. The participant in the procurement procedure is thus entitled to submit an offer for one or both Parts of the Public Contract. The contracting authority requires the provision of performance of the public contract in accordance with applicable legislation, technological procedures, provisions of the relevant standards and with the prescribed quality. The subject of the performance of Part 1 of the Public Contract is provision of services for the disposal of specific hazardous waste, which for the purposes of this procurement documentation is also considered to be unusable drugs produced as waste by Oblastní nemocnica Kolín, a.s., a hospital of the Central Bohemian Region. The contracting authority requires to ensure disposal of hazardous waste (including unusable drugs) for all its establishments (Kolín Hospital, Kutná Hora Hospital, Vojkov Aftercare and Rehabilitation Hospital), using a certified weighing device for weighing collected waste, in compliance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste.
