Ensuring correct, optimal and uninterrupted operation of the Property Management System (GM) supporting the implementation of key processes in the field of property management and the development of the Property Management System (GM) Ensuring proper, optimal and uninterrupted operation of the System Property Management (GM) supporting the implementation of key processes in the field of property management and development of the Property Management System (GM) (Numbering according to SWZ) The subject of the order are maintenance and investment activities (Legal Modifications, Development Modifications, Other Modifications), ensuring efficient and uninterrupted operation of business functions provided by the Property Management System owned by the Ordering Party, during the term of the Agreement, as well as preparing and minimizing the risks of continuing the maintenance and development of the Property Management System with another entity selected through the tender procedure. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and incl the contract template in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 6. ORDER COMPLETION DEADLINE Deadline for order completion: 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than July 1, 2026.
