Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is to ensure the availability and reliability of the WUWeu Electronic Documentation Management System used at the Wielkopolska Voivodeship Office in Poznań together with the WUW Branches in Leszno, Kalisz, Konin and Piła, through software maintenanceOfficeObjects Document Manager version 4.8 and OfficeObjects Service Broker version 3.1.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ. If the Contractor offers a shorter repair time for defects in the tender form, an annex to the contract will be included in thisscope modified in accordance with the Contractor's offer. 3. The Ordering Party provides for the requirements referred to in Art. 95 section 1 of the Act and defines them, pursuant to Art. 281 section 2 point 7 of the Act, i.e. the Ordering Party requires that all persons providing helpdesk services as part of the implementation of the contract be employed on the basis of contractsinformation about work by the Contractor or subcontractor.
