Public Prosecution seeks to enhance the security of its applications and digital services and to raise the maturity level of its Secure Software Development Lifecycle by transitioning from a traditional Software Development Lifecycle to an integrated enterprise framework for secure software development, in accordance with international best practices and standards. This tender aims to contract with a specialized consultancy firm to provide technical advisory services that will assist the Public Prosecution in institutionalizing secure development practices across all phases of the software development lifecycle, whether the applications are developed internally, procured, or implemented by external parties, thereby ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of digital services.
