The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA) through its Bids and Awards Committee undertake a Small Value Procurement for the ENHANCEMENT OF TRAVEL TAX COUNTERS NINOY AQUINO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL 1, NINOY AQUINO AVENUE, PASAY CITY, in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

Interested contractors are required to submit their valid and current

2. PhilGEPS Registration Number

3. PCAB License (Bidders with valid Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) Building- Small B)

4. Net Financial Contracting Capacity

5. Income/Business Tax Returns

6. Omnibus Sworn Statement (see attached format) duly notarized with attached Secretary-s Certificate (If a partnership, corporation, cooperative, or joint venture). The authorized representative as identified in the Omnibus Sworn Statement shall be the signatory in the proposal.

7. Contractors- personnel and equipment units shall be used exclusively for the project. A form stating personnel and equipment-use exclusivity is part of the bidding documents to be used by the bidders upon submission of proposal.

The Bidder must submit a computation of its Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC), which must be at least equal to the ABC to be bid, calculated as follows:

NFCC = [(Current assets minus current liabilities) (15)] minus the value of all outstanding or uncompleted portions of the projects under ongoing contracts, including awarded contracts yet to be started coinciding with the contract for this Project.

The values of the domestic bidder-s current assets and current liabilities shall be based on the latest Audited Financial Statements (AFS) submitted to the BIR.

Award of contract shall be made to the lowest bid, which complies with the minimum description as stated above.

Any interlineations, erasures or overwriting shall be valid only if signed or initialed by the bidder or his/her duly authorized representative/s.

Sealed Proposal shall be submitted to Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA) BAC Secretariat 7th Floor, Tower 1 Double Dragon Plaza, Double Dragon Meridian Park, Macapagal Ave. cor. EDSA Extension, Bay Area, Pasay City on or before February 22, 2019- March 1, 2019
