Tenders are invited for Enhancement of Integrated Security Networks Services
BRIEF SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Services by way of summary shall include but shall not be limited to:
Leased Equipment
Supply of lease equipment for replacing existing lease equipment.
Supply, Installation, testing, Commissioning and Configuration of hardware and Software on lease basis for remote monitoring for Oil Fields
Supply, Installation, testing, Commissioning and Configuration hardware and Software on lease basis for remote Site Connectivity
Upgrade and provide maintenance support for the DWDM System.
De-Commissioning, relocation of Equipment and Materials as instructed by the Company.
Company Owned Equipment
Provide Maintenance and Support Services on 24 hours a day and 365 days a years for all the equipment (multi-Vendors) supplied by Company.
Provided preventive, Remedial and Corrective Maintenance including the replacement of Faulty items and Hardware.
Provided on-call Maintenance including repair, servicing including the replacement of Faulty items and Hardware.
Provide operation, Administration and modification of network components for continuous operational availability.
Upgrade Software and patches as and when released by the Manufacturers.
De-Commissioning, relocation of Equipment and Materials as instructed by the Company.
On-Site Support Services
Provide on-Site Support Services 24 hours a day and 365 days as year for the Integrated Security Network infrastructure.
Managing all day to day operations, handling and attending all the work orders and Service Orders, trouble tickets, troubleshooting and rectification of all routine faults.
Manpower
Provided on-Site Support Personnel (Non-Kuwaiti and Kuwaiti) for on-Site Support Services
Vehicles
Provide vehicles for on-Site Support Services.
Training
Providing training in the latest technologies for the Company Personnel.
