FOR THE Enhancement and Expansion of CCTV Surveillance System of General Services Office
1) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro, through the 2026 Appropriations Ordinance (General Fund) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (Php2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Enhancement and Expansion of CCTV Surveillance System of General Services Office (Ref. No. 095-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro now invites bids for the enhancement and expansion of CCTV surveillance system across the Capitol Compound, New Paluan Hospital and San Jose Office. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
