Tender are invited for Provide face-to-face english as a second language (ESL) and general education development (GED) services. Two (2) full-time bi-lingual Spanish instructors and one (1) full-time instructional aide for an estimated thirty-two (32) students who are not native English speakers; Full-time, instructor-led ESL/GED training for a minimum of 16 hours per week, for a maximum of 11 months; 3.2.1.3Basic Skills remediation as deemed necessary to increase education functioning level to enable the student to participate in GED preparation and/or WorkKeys Skill Enhancement; 3.2.1.4Classroom and lab space with computer usage and availability of all software. Contractor must submit a detailed list of software, including cost, with bid; 3.2.1.5Recommend and furnish appropriate textbooks and materials for each student. Prior to use, all textbooks and materials must be approved by the agency. The Agency reserves the right to approve, or disapprove recommended textbooks. Upon request, the Contractor will make available a copy of materials and textbooks listed;
