Save The Sound (Sts), In Partnership With The Naugatuck Valley Council Of Governments (Nvcog), Is Soliciting Prequalification Submissions And Then Proposals For The Investigation, Analysis, Engineering Design, And Permitting/Decommissioning Services For The Removal Of The Kinneytown Hydroelectric Project In Seymour And Ansonia, Ct As Part Of A Two (2) Phase Submission, Explained Below. This Project Is Being Funded By A National Oceanic And Atmospheric Administration (Noaa) Restoring Fish Passage Through Barrier Removal Grant Received By Nvcog In Partnership With Sts In April 2023. A Mandatory On-Site Pre-Bid Meeting Will Be Held At 10 Am On March 21, 2024, At Kinneytown Dam, Seymour, Ct 06483A Proposal Submittal Timeline Can Be Found In The Rfq/Rfp. Submission Of Part 1 (Rfq) Is Due By April 18, 2024, By 12 Pm. For Those Firms Selected For Interviews, Submission Of Part 2 (Rfp) Is Due By May 30, 2024, By 12 Pm.
