This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms for the pre-engineering, design, tender preparation and contract administration for the replacement of two (2) pedestrian bridge structures, both along the Lynn Valley Trail in Norfolk County, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
