The subject of the order is the services of an engineer according to the WHITE FIDIC book and the performance of the function of professional supervision according to GZ-1 in the construction of the Faculty of Health Sciences, which must include, among other things: - substantive and financial control in accordance with FIDIC provisions (production control and review of technical documentation, supervision of the execution of works according to the project documentation, quality control of executed works, preparation of reports to the client on the execution of works on the facility, calculation of performed contractual works, handover of the facility to the client, consulting to the client and coordination of activities - all in accordance with FIDIC regulations), - tasks in accordance with the Construction Act, - the services of the occupational health and safety coordinator and - other tasks specified in the subject documentation in connection with the award of a public contract. The client subject tenders an order for the services of an engineer/consultant with whom the client will participate in the construction process or reconstruction, which will be carried out according to the RED FIDIC book and for carrying out professional supervision according to GZ-1. Construction works are carried out in two phases: Phase 1 includes the implementation of the protection of the construction pit according to the contractual provisions of FIDIC (Red Book) and is expected to be implemented 6 months after the conclusion of the contract with the selected contractor (expected from May 2026 to the end of November 2026). Procurement procedure for selection the contractor's work is currently in progress.
