Object of the contract
The Charterhouse St. Mary Gosnay is a complex of buildings whose construction spreads between the sixteenth century and the nineteenth century. The site is the subject of a registration as a historic building by order of 10.6.1986.Une asset valuation study of the site in its diagnostic panel, advocates imminent backup jobs to stop the degradation of bActiments.LThis consultation has concerns a negotiated market project management (Article III 35.I.2 and 74 of the Public Procurement Code) for the preservation of the various buildings of the Charterhouse of the Ladies of Gosnay, in order to carry out the various restoration of the closed - cover in respect of the old site cartusien.La mission entrusted to the Supervisor include, as dispositions of the MOP Act of 12.7.1985 and its implementing regulations, APS elements, APD, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR and the complementary missions : OPC and DIA.
