The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy, BC Parks is seeking a Proponent to provide multi year technical professional services to oversee the design and replacement of the BC Parks administrative office building(s) located at 2930 Trans Canada Highway in Langford, BC.
The Services required are defined further in this RFP but include engineering, architectural, project management, construction management, construction inspection and other associated technical services.
The Ministry intends for this to be a multi-year opportunity where contracts for services are awarded each fiscal year (April 01 - March 31), beginning in 2024/25 and ending March 31, 2027. Multi year award of contracts will be at the Province-s sole discretion and based on the Contractor-s satisfactory performance, funding availability and agreement on services and approach for each fiscal year.
