This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Engineering Services- 2024/2025 Railway Crossing Improvement Project, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The term of the contract is expected to commence immediately following contract award in March 2024 and ends in December 2026.
The purpose of the project is to retain a Consultant to provide engineering design and construction management services for Railway Crossing Improvement Projects in Abbotsford, BC, with a view to constructing these improvements in 2025 and 2026.
The Consultant will be responsible for providing design services and construction management services for 8 at-grade crossing projects for upgrades from passive to active control.
