Engineering service for implementation of commitments of the enaire strategic plan 2027-2030 in the ATM system The purpose of this file is to provide expert professional services and specialized support to cover the evolution engineering of the systems managed by the Automation Division towards the objectives of the 2027-2030 Business Plan in coherence with the objectives of the Strategic Plan and with the European challenges set by regulation CP1 (EU) 2021/116, which includes essential changes identified for the European ATM Master Plan for ATM systems as well as with future Common Projects (CP2). These activities will have a stable and regular nature, developing continuously throughout the period of service provision. and must ensure that the evolution of SACTA's ATC functions is consistent with: European ATM Master Plan, SES, CP1 and future Common Projects (CP2). The areas and systems subject to the service are SACTA-iTEC 4, SACTA-iTEC 5, COMETA, infrastructures communications and deployment. The execution of this file constitutes the reinforcement and expansion of the necessary services to be able to carry out greater functional increases in shorter periods of time in the context of ATM Systems, in the areas from: Surveillance, multilateration, ADS-B, ADS-C.
