Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the construction of transport and technical infrastructure in the location of the former sugar factory ("Velká ploča") on the eastern edge of the town of Němčice nad Hanou. The project prepares the area for the future construction of family houses and includes implementation roads, parking bays and sidewalks, sewage and storm sewers, including a gas station, water supply, public lighting and LV connection. The construction is divided into two stages (western and eastern part of the territory) and is designed in accordance with the spatial plan cities.
