The objective of this market is to notify the market holders in 2026 for a period of 8 years to cover administration, engineering and maintenance services for the RTE cloud infrastructure elements constituting its landing zones and also project support services, with occasional provision of expertise.
Engineering, Maintenance and Administration Services for Azure RTE Landing Zones
The Services and Engineering Department (DESIGN) of the DSIT has service needs as part of the strengthening of the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team, belonging to the DESIGN department. This team is responsible for setting up landing zones, developing them, and providing technical support and supervision for projects wishing to be hosted on RTE Azure landing zones, in particular by acting as solution architect.
This agreement framework for subsequent contracts aims to obtain external support for engineering, maintenance and administration services for the Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure of RTE's landing zones and for other one-off projects.
