"Engineering (design, construction and author's supervision) for the construction of a building: "REGIONAL CENTER FOR ROAD SAFETY" in UPI II-100, quarter 4 according to the plan of PZ-South-West, Burgas, representing pos... The subject of the public procurement is the determination of engineering contractor (design, construction and author supervision) for the construction of a Regional Road Safety Center, which will consist of: - Educational building - for practical and simulation trainings; - road safety area (for pedestrians) - a scale model of a real road environment, including intersections, footpaths, cycle lanes, road signs, roundabouts and school zone simulations. Designed for practical lessons with students; - training ground. - with tracks with different types of surfaces, for training in different conditions and road situations It is planned that the investment proposal will be realized in UPI II-100, quarter 4 according to the plan of PZ-South-west, Burgas representing a land property /PI/ with identifier 07079.663.100 according to the KKKR of the city of Burgas. Regional road safety center - educational and practical center is intended for practical training of students, young people, drivers and other road users, according to the priorities of the Road Safety Sectoral Strategy 2021-2030 and the Training Concept for GDP. The construction category is III (third) in the sense of art. 137 para. 1 item 3 b "c" of ZUT and art. 6, para. 3, item 4 of Ordinance No. 1 on the nomenclature of construction types, - buildings and facilities for public services with a capacity of more than 200 places for visitors. According to the PPA of the city of Burgas, approved by Decision 51-1/21.07.2011. of the Burgas Municipal Council, the territory falls into planning zone 22/Smf - multifunctional planning...
