"Engineering (design, CMR and author's supervision) in the implementation of support for sustainable energy renovation of a multi-family residential building with administrative address Haskovo, 13 Tsar Kaloyan Street" The following are included in the scope of this public procurement activities: Activity 1 - preparation of an investment project in the working project phase; Activity 2 - implementation of CMR /construction and assembly works/ according to the approved investment project, Activity 3 - exercise of author's supervision during construction. "Engineering (design, CMR and author supervision) in implementation of support for sustainable energy renovation of a multi-family residential building with administrative address Haskovo, "Tsar Kaloyan" street #13" Activity 1 - preparation of an investment project in the working project phase The design is single-phase and includes the preparation of an investment project in the working project phase for the respective site. The investment project is drawn up in scope and content according to the requirements of ZUT and Ordinance No. 4 of 2001 on the scope and the content of the investment projects.
