The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified consulting engineering companies to provide services for the work as described in Section 5 and for the City of Steinbach to enter into an Agreement with the Proponent whose proposal is judged to serve the best interests of the City of Steinbach.The 2026 Park Rd East LPS Extension project generally consists of: A feasibility study to analyse extension options for redirecting wastewater flows: Confirmation of areas that could contribute to the extended LPS without exceeding the new sewer line-s capacity or causing any adverse affects downstream of the new outlet location, the Park Road West Trunk WWS at PTH 12N. Determining if the existing LPS has the capacity for adding in the flow from Ram-s Gate & Lion-s Gate if the LPS was extended along Old Tom Road from Ram-s Gate to Mooney Avenue. Detailed design and construction services for the extension of LPS along Park Rd E.
