The subject of the present public order is "Engineering - design, construction and author's supervision for "Construction and equipment of a tourist information center (TIC) in an existing building" project reg. №BG16FFPR003-1.001-0018 "Vidin - an attractive tourist destination" under "Regional Development" program 2021-2027. The subject of the order includes the implementation of the following main activities: Activity 1 - preparation of an investment project in the "Technical project" phase with scope and contents according to the Territorial Planning Act (ZUT) and Ordinance No. 4 of May 21, 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects with the measures included in the energy efficiency survey and the site's technical passport. Activity 2 - Implementation of CMP as duly agreed and approved investment project. Activity 3 - Exercising author supervision during construction. The design and construction and assembly works are related to the energy renovation of the building.
