No. BG16FFPR003-1.001-0020 "Istanbul Gate - between the past and the present" under the "Regional Development" program 2021-2027. The subject of the order includes the implementation of the following main activities: Activity 1 - preparation of an investment project in the "Technical" phase project" with the scope and contents in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act and Ordinance No. 4 of May 21, 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects with the measures included in the energy efficiency survey and the technical passport of the object.
