A Mandatory Virtual Proponent Meeting will be held on: April 9th, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., ADT and again at 2:00 p.m., ADT via the Microsoft Teams platform. Participation in the proponent meetings is mandatory. The meeting's intent is to allow Proponents to improve their understanding of the planned work scope and the RFP process.Addtionally an optional site visit will be scheduled on: April 21st, 2026, #at 10:00 AM or 2:00 PM ADT 2026.

Proponents interested in participating are required to register in advance.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1.The deadline to register for the Mandatory Virtual Proponent Meeting is: April 7th, 2026, at 12:00 PM ADT.
