Engine valves - request for a quote to contract the complete engine overhaul service for the HRB-100 unit. The Ocotepeque Fire Department invites specialized suppliers to submit quotes for the contracting of the overhaul service. Complete overhaul of the engine of the HRB-100 transport unit, Nissan Patrol Pick Up 4x4 vehicle, year 1999, Scope of the service The service must include, at a minimum, the following activities: Cleaning and general inspection of engine components. Block, cylinder head and crankshaft rectification, if applicable. Replacement of pistons, rings, bearings, gaskets and seals. Review and calibration of the valve system. Oil pump check. Review of the diesel injection system and injectors. Assembly, calibration and operation tests of the engine. Guarantee of correct operation and performance of the engine once the service is completed. Important: This contract does not include disassembly or assembly of the engine. Interested suppliers must consider that the service must be executed in accordance with the technical specifications required by the institution.
