Required certificates 3.1 The purchase may be made under the excise duty exemption procedure. Provisions: 1. Transport of the order to cost and risk of the Contractor (address: ul. Gazowa 6, 20-406 Lublin).2. Required delivery date by May 29, 2026.3. The creditor may not transfer the receivables of the order to a third party without the written consent of the Ordering Party.3. Payment terms: 30 days from date delivery of the item with an invoice. If the invoice is delivered after the delivery date, the 30-day period will be counted from the date of delivery of the invoice to the debtor, and in the event of delivery of the invoice before delivery of the order, the deadline will be counted from the date delivery of the subject of the order.4. The parties determine the date of debiting the payer's account as the date of payment.5. The validity period of the delivered goods cannot be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party.6.
