Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2026 Corporate Budget, has an Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Seven Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Pesos
(Php735, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Engagement of
Services to Conduct Periodic Maintenance Schedule of Dump Truck for Mine 3 Coal Project
(“Project”) (Re-bid) through Section 34. Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules
and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. The services shall be rendered at PNOC EC Mine
3 Coal Project, Imelda Zamboanga Sibugay within One (1) year after receipt of the Notice to
Proceed (NTP) and Acceptance Letter (AL).
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the
