Description : Engagement of a Learning Service Provider for Personality/Image Development and Color Analysis Workshop: 1 LOT
Purpose/Objective:
• The Learning & Development (L&D) and Wellness Plan of the HRMDD has several wellness activities lined up for CY 2026 to be attended by its internal employees to develop their mental, emotional and physical well-being. Continuing from the success of last year's implementation, this year's lineup of activities includes the conduct of the "Personality/Image Development and Color Analysis' Workshop".
• In relation to this, the CMDS of HRMDD intends to engage with a reputable Learning Service Provider (LSP) to conduct the said workshop in two (2) batches on July 16 and 28, 2026, with fifty (50) participants each batch, at the IPOPHL Multi-Purpose Hall (MPH), Upper McKinley, Taguig City. Its main objective is to equip the participants with the skills and insights to improve personal presentation, confidence and communication.
General Scope of Work:
The LSP/HTC to be hired is expected to deliver the following services and/or outputs:
