Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2024 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php215, 600.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Engagement of Environmental Services for Mine 4 Coal Project. The services shall be rendered within Thirty (30) calendar days at PNOC EC Mine 4 Coal Project, Brgy. La Dicha, Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay.
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference for complete details.
Proposals including conformed Terms of Reference may be emailed to e-bids@pnoc-ec.com.ph / andelacruz@pnoc-ec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before April 1, 2024, not later than 4:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted.
