1. The Philippine Drugs Enforcement Agency (PDEA), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Pesos (PHP 3, 994, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project Engagement of Consulting Services for the Development of the Competency Framework and Integration of Competency Framework in the Human Resource Management System under Bid Reference No. 2024-36 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
