Description : NOTICE OF SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT
PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2026 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php500, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for Engagement of Catering Services for PNOC EC-s 2026 Year-End Party (“Project”), through Section 34. Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. The services must be rendered on December 10, 2026 (may change upon advice/approval of PNOC EC) to PNOC Building 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
PNOC EC invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals exceeding the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) for complete details.
