Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the City of Salmon Arm (“City”) is inviting proposals for the update and expansion of the City-s comprehensive Parks and Recreation Master Plan (PRMP). The City is seeking a consultant who will collaborate with City staff and stakeholders to update and expand the Parks and Recreation Masterplan for presentation and approval by City Council. This plan will serve as a strategic framework to enhance recreational opportunities, protect natural spaces, and support the well-being of our community. Through extensive public engagement, data analysis, and innovative planning, the selected consultant will help shape a sustainable vision for our parks, trails, and recreational facilities.
