The subject of the order is the implementation of 15 final eviction judgments without the right to social housing (including final eviction judgments without the right to social housing issued against the same person) from the indicated residential premises. included in the housing resources of the City of Gorzów Wielkopolski. Performing a service consisting in carrying out, in cooperation with the Court Bailiff, actual activities aimed at emptying selected residential premises from persons and their property administered by the Housing Management Company in Gorzów Wlkp., to temporary rooms secured at the Contractor's expense, in order to execute the eviction judgment. Detailed requirements regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract and the Contractor are included in draft contract. The list of premises and people living in them who have eviction judgments without granting rights to social housing, together with data regarding the premises, will constitute an annex to the contract and will be provided to the contractor after signing it.
