Tender Details

The subject of the order is the energy transformation of the building of the Municipal Office in Bukowno, carried out as part of the project entitled: Energy transformation of public utility buildings in Bukowno. The scope of the task includes: - Thermal modernization of above-ground insulation parts of external and internal walls (walls next to attic storage rooms) and ceilings (according to the audit - insulation of the ceiling under the roof, insulation of the roof surface), replacement of windows and external doors (meeting the conditions of WT2021) along with accompanying works.- Implementation of supply and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery and installation of a cooling system, along with all accompanying works necessary to comprehensively carry out construction works. - Modernization of the central heating installation. (replacement of anchors is beyond the scope of the order). - Installation energy storage. - Construction of lighting with a management system. - Construction of a stair platform on a curved track enabling access to every level of the Office building from level 0 (ground floor) to level +2 and a stair platform on a straight track located at the connection with the annexed part of the building, providing communication on the first floor of the building.
