Tender Details

On the basis of a general business contract, support for the operation of the energy supply power transmission network managed and operated by the Bidder, as well as the provision of operating materials / parts up to a net frame amount of HUF 100, 000, 000. The contract ad-hoc orders may be placed until the date of exhaustion of the net frame amount of HUF 100, 000, 000, but no later than the expiry of a fixed period of 24 months from the entry into force of the contract. The tenderer undertakes to call for 70% of the net amount obligation. The tenderer does not undertake to partially or fully exhaust the part of the order that is not burdened with the obligation, and due to the failure to partially or fully exhaust the the Bidder may not act against the Bidder with a request. The Bidder states that the quantitative data in the detailed price table are only informative, i.e. the Bidder (Customer) reserves the right to you are entitled to issue an individual order for a fixed amount, regardless of the pre-defined reference quantities!
