This framework agreement concerns: - Supply of active electrical energy guaranteed to continuously supply all needs with the Network Access Contracts subscribed to by the supplier, balance responsibility, the mechanism of capacity, EECs and associated services, for the sites of members of the Allotis command group. - Supply of natural gas with transport components, EECs, natural gas excise, biogas production certificates (CPB), costs management and storage, modulation with associated services for the sites of members of the allotis command group. The thresholds are expressed in quantity within the consultation documents. The framework agreement is concluded with only one maximum in quantity. Maximum quantity for electricity from lot 1 of: 44, 000 MWh / duration of the AC. Maximum quantity for natural gas from lot 2 of: 32, 000 MWh / duration of the CA The framework agreement will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent contracts. Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution. Services are regulated by unit prices
