Energy savings during cooling operation at MILTRA Europe s.r.o.
The subject of the public contract is the supply and installation of a new compressor cooling system (ammonia), including a system for using waste heat from compressors for the preparation of domestic hot water (DHW), i.e. the replacement of the existing central ammonia cooling system; provision and installation of a temporary replacement source of cold incl. temporary ice water cooling pipe systems for the duration of the engine room reconstruction and their connection to the existing ice water appliances and commissioning of the replacement cooling system; complete shutdown of the ammonia cooler equipment, dismantling of ice water steel piping, complete dismantling of the existing ammonia cooling equipment for construction work in the engine room; installation of new ammonia cooling engine room equipment incl. new capacitor, incl. connection to the new ice water distribution system; assembly of part of the electrical installation and MaR, installation of propylene glycol pipe distribution for cold stores incl. coolers in cold rooms; commissioning of new ammonia cooling, decommissioning of replacement cooling units, dismantling of temporary ice water pipe system; gradual dismantling of freon coolers in the cold room and their replacement with propylene glycol-cooled air coolers; dismantling of existing freon cooling units incl. suction and disposal of refrigerant.
