Tender Details

The program concerns the energy renovation work of the Bickart 1 and 2 school group (SDP: approximately 5, 100 m2) and in particular on the facades, roofs, windows, heating, electricity and air renewal systems. The group Bickart school is located in the dead end of rue Alphonse Bordereau in Chelles and includes two primary schools. The objective of the renovation work will target energy sobriety. Improving the energy performance of buildings will constitute the main station distributed as follows: • Installation of a BMS (centralized technical management) • Installation of double flow ventilation • Replacement of lighting systems with LED technology devices • Installation of exterior insulation • Replacement and insulation of the roof terrace Replacement of exterior joinery The contract is concluded for an overall duration of 21 months from the date of notification. The execution time for each batch is included in this overall duration. THE The work will take place in two phases: Phase 1: BICKART 1 energy renovation work: 15 months Phase 2: BICKART 2 energy renovation work: 15 months The preparation period is 16 weeks and is included in the overall deadline of 15 month. The estimated start date for work (contract notification) is in January 2027 for delivery in September 2028.
