Works are contracted according to the "turnkey" system. "Turnkey" means the contractor's obligation to build the object in question in accordance with the principle of completeness and functionality, i.e. to carry out the work and procure all materials and equipment in accordance with the attached Construction Contract to the extent thatis necessary to meet the requirements of functionality and completeness.
