The work in this file aims at the energy renovation of the installations of the Farciennes football field, which is part of the subsidies of the "Recovery Plan for Wallonia Call for projects for the energy renovation of sports infrastructures". The objective of thisproject is to reduce the building's energy consumption by a minimum of 35%. In addition, non-energy saving work is included in the file but cannot exceed the following ratio: 70% energy saving work and 30% non-energy saving work. At the level of the acactivity on site, the company's attention is drawn to the fact that part of the site will remain accessible during the work. All necessary precautions will be taken by the company to ensure the safety of users using the facilities as well as their maintenance. TheyThis involves the following works: Architecture part: • Dismantling of the roof (presence of asbestos); • Dismantling of exterior joinery • Dismantling of false ceilings with their structural elements; • Adaptation of the drainage network at the foot of the DEPs; • Patching; • Installation of a meta structurelique for group support; • Supply and installation of a new roof complex made of self-supporting sandwich panels; • Supply and installation of exterior joinery with PVC and aluminum joinery; • Supply and installation of new insulated facings: brick slips and plaster; • Ovenniture and installation of protection system with expanded metal for the frames; • Supply and installation of new false ceilings; • Supply and installation of doors; • Creation of a PMR ramp. Special technical part: Preliminary services • Supply of a complete execution file to be completedlider. • Carrying out procedures and verifications with the various contractors, firefighters, etc. • Carrying out the risk analysis by a SECT, with collaboration from the Project Owner if necessary. Dismantling • Dismantling and evacuation of equipment necessary for conformity of the boiler room and elements which are no longer useful (replacement, old equipment which is no longer useful, wiring, etc.). • Dismantling of old ventilation systems (production and distribution). • Dismantling and disposal of all old equipment which is no longer useful orwhich are renewed within the framework of this contract, with smoothing of the surfaces in a ready-to-paint state. • Dismantling and evacuation of the old LV installation: all the elements which are no longer useful or which are replaced within the framework of this contract, with leveling of the surfaces ina ready-to-paint condition. Ventilation • Installation of double-flow ventilation systems with heat recovery (system D) for the entire site. • Use of exposed cylindrical/rectangular ducts. Installation of ducts in false ceilings if present. • Heat-insulatingage of the ventilation network. Heating • Bringing the boiler room into compliance; • Creation of a new collector and new circuits (for GP/GE, radiators, etc.). • Use of steel pipes for the distribution network inside the building (boiler room, power suppliesnew GP/GE batteries via steel pipes, etc.). • Insulation of pipes (new and existing non-insulated) and equipment. Sanitary • Conservation of current DHW production in changing rooms via boilers. • Implementation of a system to softenr water. • Replacement of DHW tanks, supplied via existing boilers. • Adaptation of the distribution and power supplies to the boiler room, according to the new configuration. • Insulating pipes. Draining • Adaptation of drainage for new equipment and apparatuses (safety valves, condensate, etc.) in boiler rooms / in technical rooms. Electricity - low voltage • Strengthening the meter. Installation of a new supply column at the meter outlet. • Implementation of a photovoltaic installation. • Electrical complianceeu. • Installation of a new TGBT and re-supply of existing TDs from it. • Installation of a lighting TD. • Complete relighting of the refreshment bar. • Lighting of football field no. 2 • Installation of cable trays and trunking if necessary. • Grounding and installation of equipmentmain and secondary potentialities.
