This notice is part of the energy renovation and modernization operation of the SINNAMARY municipal swimming pool. As part of the study, costing and work, the contractor must, in parallel with its own market parts, take note of the constituent documents (plans and CCTP) of each lot, in order to foresee all the possible repercussions on its work and installations which it will have to organize accordingly, and carry out all the supplies requested, taking into account of these conditions. Furthermore, in the case of an existing establishment, the contractor must carry out a mandatory visit before submission to familiarize himself with the premises, their specificities and intervention constraints. Accordingly the contractor cannot claim any errors or omissions. He must take all necessary measures to deliver an installation in perfect working and regulatory order. The services are divided into 10 lots, awarded by separate markets.
